As you can see, laughter is very helpful in killing your stress.

Do you have a favorite comedian? Know a funny movie? A funny friend? Song? TV show? Book?

Make Fun Of Yourself

Not really.

What I mean is, do something that will not just make you laugh, but everyone else around you.

Do something memorable. Do something that you'll remember for years to come, so you can keep referring back to it for a good laugh.

Jumping in a pool with clothes on would be a good example. But don't overdo it. Just have fun!

And when you think back at the time you did something silly, it'll immediately put you in a good mood.

Remember when you were a kid? You had a favorite TV show, right? I did.

It's not that I still enjoy watching them (it's possible though!); it's just that the shows take me back to a stress free time.

Is your boss really stressing you out? Or is that colleague really getting on your nerves and causing you stress?

When you get home, find something soft that you don't need. You know the rest, right?

Punch! It's actually quite fun, isn't it?

All you have to do is to pretend that the object you're punching is the stress.

Think of it as "punching your stress away".

And what happens when you're finished? All that stress and anger is gone!

And the next time you see your boss or colleague, just think of the fun time you had at home!
