Wait a minute! I know what you're thinking...Is something that simple going to help me manage my stress? When I say exercise, I'm not telling you to run a marathon. Whatever you like! When you exercise, your body releases endorphins, or otherwise known as "happiness" chemicals!

Find your sources, and STAY AWAY from them.
Do you feel stressed when you're around specific people, or are at a specific place? Sure you do. If so, eliminate those sources.Why is this so important? Because these are the sources you have control over! Bills will keep coming in, but places and people are things you can avoid.
Yoga and other breathing exercises.
Is a sport like basketball a bit too physical for you? Then this is the perfect exercise. When you perform breathing exercises, your body relaxes, and your muscles (and mind!) loosen up. This is a very easy way to manage stress.

Learn to prioritize.

Maintain a sense of humor, and LAUGH!

STOP saying "yes" when you want to say "no".
