How to Handle Stress? Here's one of the best ways to deal with stress: Behold the 4 golden rules...
Well, there are many solutions if you want to know how to handle stress. This is one of the best ways to deal with stress: Use this stress management technique to help you deal with the stress in your life. Ready to learn how to deal with stress? How to Handle Stress Find your sources, and stay AWAY from them. Stress can be a killer at times, I know. Being an occasional stress victim, I can understand the position you're in. If we want to get rid of stress, usually we tend to try relaxing ourselves, and calming the mind. And then it works, and we're relaxed. For now. But then you go back to work, and you run into that annoying co-worker of yours, who is a source of your stress. The stress starts all over again! Can you see what I'm trying to get at? You see, many of us don't even consider where our stress is coming from. All we seem to be interested in is to STOP the stress. Right Now! The Source is Where the Solution is Find what triggers your stress, and eliminate it! And these can even be simple, everyday things. For example the "co-worker" problem I described above, can be a source. What can you do? Easy. Just stop talking to him/her. Try to avoid any possible way that you can come into contact with that person. And this goes for anyone. What if it's a friend? Just let them know that they are causing you stress, and you would like to not interact with him/her for now. Later on, once your stress is gone, find out what exactly it is about the person that's causing you stress, and try to eliminate that permanently. This way, you can keep your friendship, and be stress free at the same time! How to handle stress in a nutshell: Find your source. (e.g. Friend) Eliminate it temporarily. (e.g. Stop talking and interacting with him or her) Monitor the results. (e.g. Is your stress reducing? If so, you've found the correct source. If not, this isn't the right source.) Make permanent adjustments to the source to keep you stress free. (e.g. Eliminate the "stress-causing" trait of your friend) Sources Other Than People You know how to handle stress caused by people, but what about stressed caused by other things? Same 4 rules apply. Find your source. (e.g. Too much office work)

Eliminate it temporarily. (e.g. Take a day off work (just one!))Monitor the results. (e.g. Does it feel better to not do all that office work? If so, you've found the correct source.) Make permanent adjustments to the source to keep you stress free. (e.g. Talk with your boss about your problem, and work out a way where you can do less office work.) You can use these four rules for just about anything! Remember to refer to these examples to get the best out of these rules. Control is Key... Bills will keep coming in, because you don't have control over them. Fortunately, many of our stress problems come from sources we have control over. And when it comes to stress, control is key. Control means you are the boss of your life. Once this control sets in (with the help of the 4 rules), stress doesn't stand a chance! Another Day, Another Answer Now you know how to handle stress using yet another method: Find your sources and stay away from them! Like I said earlier, you'll find many ways to deal with stress, but this one is surely sitting near the top. "How to handle stress" has many answers, but this solution you can count on!
