Get Turned On by Your Desk. You see, if you have a clean desk to greet you every morning, you are more willing to work there. It is so welcoming to see a desk with papers arranged properly, pencils and pens neatly kept, and so on.

Think about it... A messy desk is a turn off. Also, when you have a neat desk, you will be able to focus more on your work rather than searching for things.

It's Your Job. Nothing Personal. Start managing workplace stress by focusing on your job. The more time you devote to your job (on job hours, of course), the more you'll get done, and the less stressed you'll be.

Take out all the "personal" things like, emailing, Internet surfing, making personal phone call, etc. All of these things need to be put last when your at your job.

Work Isn't Jail. So Don't Treat It Like It Is! Don't go to work thinking "I hate work" or "work sucks". Why? More likely than not, it'll turn out to be that way. You see, when you declare that you hate work, you've already made a decision.

It's already registered in your brain. Therefore, it's really hard to "like" work once you've said or thought that.
