The Online Stress Test

Great!

This stress test will tell you one simple thing...Either you're stressed, or not.

Don't be nervous. Just truthfully answer each question, and you'll know if you're stressed.

You see, even I took this stress test. Some days I fail, some days I pass. For me, it all has to do with how I'm feeling.

There are 2 parts to this test. The first part will test your stress level on a daily basis, and the second part will test your stress on a monthly basis.

This way, you'll know whether you suffer from long-term stress, or if you suffer from what I call "day-to-day stress".

Well, I think I've said enough. Are you ready to take the test? Let's go...

The Online Stress Test: "Day-To-Day Stress"

Were You Feeling Tired and Overwhelmed For At Least 10 Days?

Stress makes you tired. It weakens your body and mind.

If you feel like going to sleep, or if you're not in the mood to do anything productive, you could be stressed out.

Have You Been Stressing Out Over The Same Thing The Past Week?

Why is this important?

Day-to-day stress is stress that comes and goes. However, if you've been stressing out over the same thing for the past week, it is likely a constant stressor.

And in this case, you might not be suffering from "day-to-day stress", but rather from long-term stress.

Do You Encounter The Same (Stressful) Things Everyday?

Stress depends on your day. If you encounter something different everyday, then you may just suffer from "day-to-day stress".

This means you don't have any long-term stress. Rather, you may suffer from the type of stress that comes and goes.

A short test, right? But that's only the first part. So let's get into the scoring...

If you answered "no" to all of these questions, then you suffer from "day-to-day" stress. This means your stress levels change each day.

Your stress is not constant.

If you did not answer "no" to all of these questions, then you may suffer from long-term stress. But we don't know that yet.

Let's take the second part of this online stress test to find out...
