It Puts You In a Bad Mood

When you're stressed, where's the time to be happy? Your brain reacts to stress by putting you in a bad mood. That may not be the best way to say it, but you get the point, right?

Stress takes away your happiness towards life. When you stressed, nothing is impressive. It's all boring and ordinary.

You Can't Focus

When you're stressed, how can you focus? Stress is taking up your mind, so you have no space to concentrate on things that are happening around you.

For example, if you're stressed out because your children are giving you a hard time, you probably won't be able to concentrate at work. Why? Stress fills up your mind.

You Don't Live In The Moment

I bet you stress about things that have already happened, or have not happened yet. In other words, you live in the future and past. Not in the present.

So, stress takes away your freedom to enjoy today.

Angry?

Yep. Stress also makes you angry. Why? Well, if you read about stress and anger, you would know why.

When your brain is exposed to stress (when you get stressed), it may react by giving you angry thoughts. Hence, you're angry!

Sad?

You guessed it. When you're stressed, of course you're sad! Why? Maybe this can give you a better understanding.
