Start your morning fresh and relaxed.

Depending on how your morning is, your mood will reflect that through the rest of the day. If you start your morning on a positive note, you will be happier throughout the day. "Sounds good, but what exactly should I do?", you ask. Simple things like slowly stretching and relaxing your muscles while taking a hot shower, will keep you cool and fresh. Drinking green tea also helps you relax.
Write in a journal daily.
How is this going to help? By simply maintaining a journal, your life will be more easy to deal with. Solving problems have never been easier than writing them down in your journal.
Plan out your daily events.
Once you have a sense of control and organization, stress doesn't stand a chance! Having a schedule for your activities prevents you from being a slave of time.
Put things in perspective of the world.
This technique provides only temporary stress relief, but it's my personal favorite. Whenever stress is eating you alive, just think about all the craziness in the world. Natural disasters, famine, war, crime, poverty, death, destruction, earthquakes, tsunamis, explosions... it's a never-ending list! When you think about all of this at once, your problem will appear to be nothing compared to all that craziness.
Take it easy on the alcohol.
Alcohol may start reducing stress for now, but not in the long run. You shouldn't depend on alcohol for your stress problems.
Sleep.
It goes without saying. Getting enough sleep is very crucial for the body and mind to be relaxed.
Get some fresh air.
Try to find some time everyday to go outside, and simply relax while taking in the fresh air.

Stroll through a local forest or park.
Being in a natural, green environment will give your mind a break from cars and city noises. Your mind will dwell upon this setting, because a change in scenery is proven to reduce stress.

Listen to music.
Any music you enjoy listening to will help in reducing stress. Music is a proven therapy for stress relief, and I would completely agree.Still Want More Management Techniques? Not satisfied? Here are some
