This is only one tip, but by knowing this, you will learn many little stress reducing tips along the way. You'll see why. So how does this work?Let's say your children are troublesome and disobedient. Everyday. Then, as a few days go by, your stress is building up, and you feel it's getting out of control. What do you do? You can feel sorry for yourself, which never works. You can get angry at your children, which usually worsens the situation. Or, at the end of the day, you can head to a quiet, peaceful room, and do some journal writing. Not normal journal writing, where you summarize the day's events. I'm talking about problem-solving. But that's called acting on impulse, and this technique is seldom rational and logical. When you write down on paper, your mind is at peace (or at least calmer than when the actual problem was taking place!). So, you come up with logical solutions that work.
