So? So what if you're not stressed by the same thing a week later? You see, this means your stressors (what causes your stress) come and go. You know, they're not a big deal, and they're easy to conquer!

So, what do I mean by a stressor that comes and goes?

We all go to work! Let's say you're stressing out because your project deadline is tomorrow. You're really pressed for time, and the workload is completely stressing you out.

And then tomorrow comes along, and it passes. So does your stress! The same thing can be said for public speaking, working overtime, unnecessary commitments, too much office work, etc.

You know, the little things that the majority of our stress comes from. Well, knowledge is knowledge. Here's how you can use this knowledge to relieve your stress...

What stresses you today? Too much office work? Write it down. Then? Monitor the "stress levels" that the particular stressor is causing you.

Are you getting more stressed, or less stressed? If you're stress level is increasing, try using one of these techniques .

If your stress is decreasing, great! See what exactly you did to make this happen.

Or was it just a matter of time? Maybe it was. Why stress about something that you know will be over in a matter of a few days.

But what if time wasn't a factor?
