"The World's Going To End!"

Not it's not.

But think..."If the world ended tomorrow, will _____ still stress me out?"

Of course it won't! You won't care about any stress problems if the world's coming to an end!

It makes you look at stress in such a light manner.

Your stress seems tiny compared to the stress of the world coming to an end!

So, when you do this activity, feel free to change the example if you want.

Instead of the world ending, maybe you can think, "What if I got fired? Would I be stressing about that client meeting?"

Write down what stresses you out. Then, come back after a week.

Does it still stress you out?

If not, then great! This means that you're stressing over something that's not important.

Write down what's stressing you out on the paper, and stick it on your fridge.

Take it down if it stops stressing you out.

"Why am I stressing about this for so long?"

If it's because you're worried about a specific upcoming date, forget about it.

Why stress about something that has not happened yet?

However, if you're stressing about something that has been bothering you for a while, ask yourself...

"Does the stress stop me from doing what I love?"

If not, stop worrying about it! You're unnecessarily living in the past!

However, if it does stop you from doing what you love, play some stress games.

This way, you can still have fun while relieving stress.

And once you relieve your stress with the help of the games, you can get back do doing what you love!
