Forget the tips you hear everyday! Sure exercise and yoga can help with stress, but today's going to be different.

These tips will help you change how you think of stress.

You can use this tips whenever you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed out.

My Thoughts On Stress Free Living

Life Is Huge. Forget The Little Things.

Oh no! Is that speech going to hunt you down and eat you?

Of course not. So forget about the little things. Why?

The world is much more exciting than that! The world is filled with such fun and exhilaration, that a simple speech or office meeting is not going to matter.

Whenever you're stressed out about a simple problem, just think...

"Wow! The world is faced with wars, famine, drought, poverty, crime and natural disaster and here I am stressing about that measly job interview!"

And that's when your stress vanishes in thin air. Mine, too!

Well, stress is a very funny creature. It can help us get things done, but it can also overwhelm us beyond our limits!

So, when you're stressed out, think of stress as a

Loving Creature.

Why?

When you're stressed out, you think "Oh no! _____ is stressing me out!"

If you think of stress as a pain, you'll only feel pain.

Do I sound crazy? I hope not. You see, when you stress out, you start to think of it as a terrible thing.

But stress is only there to remind you to stay on your feet and be alert!

It's actually trying to help you, if you let it.

But there's also an evil kind of stress. This is the type of stress that makes you think, "Oh no! What if..."

Don't stress over the things that

May Happen.

Why?

They haven't happened yet! Why should you waste today thinking about what might happen tomorrow?

It's a waste of time and energy. Not to mention it also ruins your mood and feelings.

Live For Now.

Live for today. That's the whole point of the present. I always worry about the past.

But I'm trying to stop. You know what?

If you focus on today, today will be a lot easier! It will not be infected with the thoughts yesterday and tomorrow.

Practical Thoughts On Stress Free Living

Here are some practical thoughts on stress free living for you...

1. Learn to laugh at yourself.

2. Be nice to others when you're feeling good; it'll prevent you from getting stressed out.

3. Try not to think too much; the more you think, the more anxious and nervous you get.

4. Don't be afraid of stress. Just forget about it!

5. Be calm. Wait for the moment to find you. Don't dive in!

Here are my favorite tips...

When someone is having a bad day,

Don't Feel Sorry For Them.

But that's rude! No it's not. It's being realistic.

If someone is miserable, don't say "I know how you feel". Don't try to "put yourself in their shoes", either.

Why?

It will ruin your day, too.

You should just be happy that you're not in that position, and move along.

By feeling sorry for that person, you're inviting all negative thoughts into your system.

So, the next time someone complains about their bad day, just say, "Listen, I hope you feel better. Just try to be positive and you'll be fine!"

Simple, easy and it keeps you in a good mood.

Here's another stressful situation...

When you're feeling stressed out, and someone asks you "What's wrong?",

Let The World Know.

By letting out your feelings, you'll feel much better. But that's not all...

By letting people know you're stressed out, they'll try their best to not make it worse.

Why is this important?

People don't know how you feel until you tell them. So, if you don't tell someone you're stressed, they won't know how to react.

They might stress you out even more without knowing it!

Here's an example...

Let's say you are at work. You're stressed out and you want to go home. But you don't tell your boss that.

Then without knowing your feelings, your boss says, "I need you to work overtime today to fill in for ______"

Then, you feel even worse! Do not let it happen to you.

Well, those are my favorite thoughts on stress free living. Try some of the tips and techniques above - you can live a stress free life!
