Let's start with your brain. Healthy food, like bananas and nuts, fuels your brain. When you eat such "brain foods", your brain starts working better. And faster.

End result?

You're able to focus more, so you get more done. The more you get done, the more satisfied you feel. And then? You guessed it; the less stressed you feel.

So what are some good "brain foods" that you can eat to give yourself a mental boost?

Brain Food

-Bananas

-Fish (salmon)

-Nuts

-Milk

-Cheese

-Eggs (with omega-3)

-Whole Grains (pasta, bread, etc)

Also, fresh fruits and vegetables provide a good mental boost. Well, these are just some of the foods you can eat to work better. Well, that's performance taken care of.

-Milk (calcium in milk enriches your feeling. It boosts your mind and spirit, making you feel great)

-Sunflower Seeds (it contains selenium which is believed to make you feel happier)

-Spinach (again, iron is another nutrient that makes you feel good)

-Salmon (rich in Vitamin D and omega-3 fats, this food makes a perfect mood booster)

These are only a few of the many "happy foods" out there. You know what? These foods are just mere examples. All you need to look for are foods rich in calcium, selenium, iron, omega-3 or vitamin d.

As long as foods are loaded with at least one of these nutrients, pack it! Then, when it's lunch time, time to start feasting on "happiness"!
